When injuries or chronic pain present themselves in a body, often assistance is needed to release restrictions to accelerate the healing process. Sarah-Elizabeth's hands tune into your body to find those places you may not be aware of in need of attention. She invites you to use your breath as a tool. You will arise with increased awareness of how to help yourself continue to release the body at home.
Massage is a calling for Sarah-Elizabeth. She enjoys being present to the process of massage and craniosacral therapy. As a young person, Sarah-Elizabeth's friends always appreciated her hands massaging their shoulders and necks, they would lean back into her touch and ask for more. Today, Sarah-Elizabeth continues to use her healing touch with clients of all ages. Each client session is a unique journey, uncovering physical discomfort to invite softening of muscles and joints.
